Maintain social distancing

Whenever the infected person coughs or sneezes, they may spread a small amount of droplets that may contain the virus which can be easily inhaled by the unaffected person around them. That’s why we should maintain at least 1-meter distance between yourself and the person who is coughing or sneezing.

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

While doing your day to day work, hands come in contact with many surfaces that may contain viruses. Once contaminated, it plays a vital role in the transmission of viruses into the eyes, nose, and mouth. From there, it can easily spread into the body and can make you sick.

Cover your cough and sneeze

Use tissue or inner aspect of your elbow to cover your cough and sneeze. Once the tissues are used, throw them in dustbins.

Cover your mouth and nose with a clean cloth/ masks when around others

The clean cloth is meant to protect others who are unaffected by the virus in case if you are infected. Each and everyone should wear a mask cover if they want to go out in public.

Stay home if you are sick .
